- Dear Subscriber,
- It is my business to sell chits just like you sell your products
or services. But I was recently told by an expert that we are all
into one trade, the entire business community. We all sell and trade
and deal and transact but only one commodity. And that is "satisfaction".
Whatever be our nature of business, if we need to be in the same
business tomorrow, today we must sell satisfaction.
- You are important to us.
Whatever be your volume of business with us, you are important to
us. Everyone of you. You are the cause and you are the conclusion
and you are the entire basis for our existence in business. We want
you to be satisfied because our presence tomorrow depends on this
satisfaction.
- But, We cannot satisfy without knowing.
Knowing what is your most basic requirement from our chits that you
will desire as a minimum standard. Knowing where we could gear up
our performance and delivery mechanism. Knowing what new features,
innovations and advancements will add excitement to your overall
experience in subscribing to chits.
- In order to better the level of satisfaction we seek your help in
identifying some of the gaps. The gap between your expectation and
what we think you expect. The gap between what we think you expect
in a chit scheme and what actual chit scheme has been designed. The
gap between service specification, service delivered and services
promised.
- We need to know the degree of importance (on a scale of one to
five) you associate with factors like quality of schemes, quality of
equipments and systems used, quality of office and facilities,
quality of communications and informations that are sent, quality
and number of staff, standards of commitment and assurance, safety
mechanisms used to safeguard your money and overall confidence that
you have when you start a chit deal with us. We also need to know
(again on a scale of one to five) as to how much satisfaction you
presently derive in respect of each of these factors.
